The MACo conference features 268 commercial, state, and county exhibit booths in two large trade show halls in the Roland Powell Convention Center in Ocean City. The conference this year is scheduled for August 13-16, 2008. Make your hotel reservation early.

Exhibit Hall A/B - SOLD OUT
Once again, Exhibit Hall A/B sold out in February. Exhibit booth space is still available in Exhibit Hall C, but they are going fast. The two Exhibit Halls always sell out - and earlier every year. Contact Exhibits Manager Leslie Velasco for more information.

Booth Space Confirmation
Confirmation materials have been sent out (April 18). These materials contain your booth number(s), convention center and MACo exhibit regulations, request for booth personnel names for name badges, extra tickets order form, and the Service Order form for the Roland Powell Convention Center.

Exhibits Theme: "On the Waterfront"
The Exhibit Hall Booth Decorating Contest in Exhibit Hall A/B awards for best county, best state, and best commercial exhibit displaying the theme. Costume prizes are also awarded. Prize winners are announced during the Presidents' Reception on Thursday night. While the Exhibit Hall theme is "On the Waterfront", the overall Conference theme is "Promoting County Government Through Technology".
