Maryland Association of County Parks & Recreation Administrators
The Maryland Association of County Parks & Recreation Administrators seeks to provide a forum for Parks & Recreation professionals to exchange ideas and professional experiences related to issues facing the field of Parks and Recreation Management. The affiliate also considers and takes positions on legislation which is significant to County Recreation and Parks Departments.
Elections are held annually at the MACo Winter Conference. The affiliate generally meets on the third Friday of each month. The meetings are held in the MACo Annapolis office during the Maryland General Assembly. At other times, meetings are hosted by various county Parks and Recreation Departments.
