Implementation Guidance - The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued on May 11 new guidance covering allowable administrative costs for counties under the Recovery Act. In addition, OMB has convened organizations representing state and local governments, including NACo, to discuss data and reporting requirements; new guidance on reporting is anticipated in June.
