Information Technology Conference

All county elected officials and professionals are invited to register for the first annual conference hosted by MACo's IT Affiliate, focusing on issues and challenges unique to county government tech needs and challenges. Sessions will provide updates on public policy surrounding government IT and cybersecurity, as well as insights into AI usage and other best practices for public sector information technology, data protection, and resident safety.

This is a MACo Members-Only Event.
MACo Members = County Executives, Council Members, Commissioners, and county government professionals from Maryland's 24 county jurisdictions (including Baltimore City).

Opportunities

The Information Technology Conference is held in the fall. The content of this event centers around current issues facing county IT professionals. Separate break-out meetings are held with general sessions bringing the IT professionals together to discuss common issues. This event is targeted to be of most interest to county IT professionals, though other county staff and officials may attend if space permits.
